Product description: The aroma and taste of gluten-free pasta from the Granoro series is typical of a mixture of corn flour, rice flour with vegetable notes of quinoa. We decided to include quinoa in the mix to balance the intake of fiber, mineral salts and protein. The mixture of three flours gives the product a yellow color very similar to durum wheat pasta. They are tough when cooked and the roughness of the surface allows sauces and spices to bind well to the pasta.
Ingredients:
Corn flour, rice flour, quinoa flour 3%, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
May contain traces of soy and lupine.
