Product description: Made from Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisanal methods. This pasta releases a wonderful, bold aroma of garlic, basil, and wheat germ as it cooks, making it perfect for serving with simple, light sauces like garlic, oil, and red chili. This pasta can be mixed with Red Chili-Lemon Pepper Linguine as they have the same cooking time (5/6 minutes) to create a more colorful and rich plate!
